- Oversee sales performance, identify new market opportunities, and establish strong relationships with key clients and partners

- Utilize data insights to refine revenue strategies and identify new business opportunities

- Monitor financial KPIs, forecast revenue trends, and ensure profitability in all commercial activities

- Foster long-term partnerships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders to strengthen business relationships

- Develop innovative revenue and product strategies to attract and retain customers

- Optimize commercial processes, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to enhance efficiency and profitability

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team to achieve business goals

- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market

*strong background in e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, JD Central, LINE SHOPPING, Alibaba or similar marketplaces

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial leadership roles
  3. Proven track record in driving revenue growth, business expansion, and cultivating strategic partnerships
  4. Strong analytical skills with expertise in leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making and marketing optimization
  5. Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  6. Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional collaboration
  7. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to navigate complex business environments.
  8. Familiarity with leading B2C or B2B platforms is a significant advantage
