Responsibilities:

Lead the development team in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Lead the project management to manage the project or the new product development timeline to ensure that planning and launching are on time. Assign and manage the workload of team members.

Manage maintenance projects and support the development team.

Research and analyze insights by identifying needs and new technologies.

Analyze the product portfolio and suggest new product development/improvement, and discontinued products.

Act as a bridge between the customer and the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Manage a team to identify new products and set up and drive the product roadmap.

Coach and support the development of team members.

Interview new team members and conduct annual performance evaluations.

Overseeing the product development team in any field.

Work closely with the management team to establish the project or product’s business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach.

1. Education: Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Experience: Up to 16 years of experience in management, software development management, and team leadership within a software development environment.
3. Proficient in using at least two languages, Java and .NET, and other relevant languages.
4. Proficient in using Oracle Database or PostgreSQL.
5. Proficient in the SDLC Model Process.
6. Proficient in Hardware and Network.
7. Project Management: Skilled in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
8. Leadership: Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
9. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
10. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Enjoy learning new technologies.
11. Highly responsible, diligent, patient, and creative thinker.
12. Have a positive attitude towards work and can work well under pressure.
