Application Support Onsite100% ปราจีนบุรี -AOS

Job Responsibilities

• Support users with system and technical issues

• Troubleshoot and solve application problems

• Help users understand and use the system correctly

• Check and update data in the system and database

• Gather user requirements and coordinate with Developers or related teams

• Support system testing (UAT / SIT)

• Prepare documents and issue reports

• Work as a coordinator between Users and IT Team • Use ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or IT Request

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
2. At least 2–3 years experience in IT Support / Application Support / Business Analyst
3. Good problem-solving and communication skills
4. Basic knowledge of SQL and Database
5. Experience in Requirement Gathering and System Testing
6. Able to work well with teams and users
7. Service-minded and able to work under pressure
