Job Summary : AWS Cloud & Network Operations Manager Lead, Analysis and support AWS Cloud Engineers to ensure they meet project objectives and uphold quality standards. Work closely with Team lead and cross IT team leads with ensure SLA , KPI and company goals.

Job Description :

•Team Leadership & Management Lead, Analysis and support AWS Cloud Engineers to ensure they meet project objectives and uphold quality standards. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. This is ensure SLA within KPI.

•Project Oversight : Manage and Support Thailand AWS Cloud enablement, deployment, and implementation projects, ensuring adherence to AWS Well-Architected best practices, cost optimization strategies, Security and AWS Landing Zone recommendations. Cloud Architecture & Deployment: Design, implement, and manage the foundational cloud infrastructure, including IAM, Organization, Networking, and security.

•Collaboration & Stakeholder Management : Work closely with Team lead and cross IT team leads, vendors including cross-functional teams within the organization and with customers, to align project goals and deliver superior cloud solutions.

•Technical Communication: Act as a technical point of contact level 2/3, facilitating knowledge sharing and cloud technology enablement for internal teams and customers. And require good English communication for conversation and written.

•Development: Implement and manage practices and development pipelines leveraging AWS Cloud-native tools and solutions. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to security, compliance, and AWS best practice guidelines.

1. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud engineering, with strong technical skills in AWS cloud deployment, management, and architecture
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AWS foundational services (IAM, VPC, Organizations, S3, EC2, EBS , RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.), as well as AWS Cloud-native tools.
3. Leadership Abilities: Proven experience leading technical teams, managing projects, and fostering a collaborative work culture.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various functions and levels
5. Best Practice Alignment: Knowledge of AWS Well-Architected Framework, Landing Zone best practices, and cost optimization methodologies.
6. Security : Knowledge of Security , Assessment with ensure on O/S Windows, Linux merit security fundamentals.
7. ITSM : Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM process and tool with the ability to work support SLA and P1/P2 request and incident. Certifications: AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator , or equivalent) advanced.
