1.Develop and execute enterprise network and security strategies aligned with business objectives and the IT roadmap.

2.Oversee the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, wireless, and security infrastructure.

3.Lead and manage a team of network engineers and specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

4.Supervise daily operations, including system monitoring, incident response, and change management, to ensure minimal downtime and service disruption.

5.Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and technology partners.

6.Lead major infrastructure initiatives such as network upgrades, data center migrations, cloud integration, and disaster recovery planning.

7.Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

8.Optimize network performance and security through the adoption of best practices, automation, and emerging technologies.

9.Establish and maintain documentation standards for network designs, configurations, SOPs, and incident reports.

10.Collaborate closely with IT leadership, cybersecurity teams, and application stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient connectivity.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
2. Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable
3. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a team lead or managerial role
4. Proven experience managing enterprise networks and leading large-scale network transformation projects
5. Strong leadership, organizational, and project management abilities
6. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, especially under pressure
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams
