•Project Planning & Execution: Develop, maintain, and drive detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure delivery in a fast-changing environment.

•Budget and Cost Management: Build project budgets, track forecasts against actuals, and ensure financial optimization across initiatives.

•Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate across internal departments, customer stakeholders, and vendors to align expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain momentum.

•Regulatory and Compliance Support: Interpret information requests, manage audit responses, and safeguard the organization’s interests in external engagements.

•Risk and Issue Management: Identify risks early, propose mitigation plans, and ensure responsive handling of unexpected regulatory or operational demands.

•Operational and Process Stewardship: Actively ensure that quality standards and process controls are applied and upheld, taking ownership to maintain project discipline even under pressure.

•Technical Liaison: Facilitate technical discussions, bridge understanding between technical teams and business needs, and ensure that solutions align without assuming technical ownership.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably within digital banking, fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven service environments.
3. Proven experience in managing initiatives within an ongoing product evolution or continuous delivery environment.
4. Familiarity with hybrid project methodologies, blending Agile and structured practices.
5. Proficient in the use of project planning and collaboration tools.
6. Strong financial literacy, with experience in budget creation, cost control, and financial forecasting.
7. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams toward outcomes without formal authority.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
9. Analytical, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced and shifting project conditions.
