Work Type: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 Responsibilities :

• Perform detailed technical specialist tasks, which consists of solution design, create BOM (Bill of Materials), Lab testing, POC (Proof of Concept), demonstration, compliance to specification etc.

• Being involved in pre-sale technical support on total IT hardware and software Solution.

• Coordinating with the various parties to report on work progress, issues and etc.

• Providing materials and documents to customers, such as presentation, technical proposal, UAT, TOR, hardware/software requirement/specification.

• Working simultaneously on multiple projects and coordinating across departments/parties (Sales team, Support team, customer and vendors/partners).

• Maintain and continuously update skills, technical knowledge, newest and latest products/solutions by attending training and obtain certifications

1.  Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related
2. The candidate should have at least 3-5 years of in-depth and up-to-date IT infrastructure skills and experience
3. Strong knowledge in networking (Cisco/HPE/Aruba/Huawei), virtualization (VMware/FusionCompute) and cybersecurity is essential.
4. Overall knowledge in general IT infrastructure such as server, storage, backup, data center, disaster recovery and etc.
5. Strong documentation skills are required.
6. Good command of English both writing and conversation.
7. Able to use MS-Project and MS-Visio
