- Understand and assess Application Onboarding requirements. Analyze the impacts of change, & deliver high quality and clearly documents. Support communication between relevant groups and stakeholders. Capture requirements needed and coordinate /gather from responsible groups (Internal /external) which is process efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Gather requirements from individual Boarding processes
- Define As- Is process information and design To-Be process document.
- Coordinate within multiple IT teams to gather required information / documents of their responsible application.
- Being consultants to responsible team to deliver effective informations & document - Acts as liaison between Business Product owner and Global IT serivce function to complete application control assesement in the system. .
- Develop , Consolidate , follow up, monitor required document (English version) to committees
- Liaise with all responsible teams to ensure deliverables are on tracking as per project plan
- Review & Ensures deliverables are high quality and clearly documented
- Perform other related duties as assigns
