CFO/ Finance Lead (English Communication)- AAC

- Manage cash flow and oversee treasury activities to ensure optimal liquidity

- Handle day-to-day banking operations and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions

- Support the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards

- Prepare monthly financial reports and management reporting packages

- Analyze variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts

- Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts

- Act as a key liaison with the parent company on accounting and financial matters

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4–7 years of experience in finance, treasury, or financial reporting
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Proven experience in managing banking relationships and treasury operations
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify key trends and variances
4. Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability
5. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Good command of English (both written and spoken)
6. Experience in a Big4 firm is a plus
