Responsible for end-to-end business analysis processes, including requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, documentation, coordination with development teams, testing support (SIT/UAT), implementation, user training, and post-go-live support.

1. Completed at least one full project implementation cycle.
2. Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis tools.
3. Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills in both Thai and English
