Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee the full licensing process for projects at both the corporate and site levels to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.

Ensure that project operations are conducted lawfully, thoroughly, and in a traceable manner.

1. Degree : Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Environmental Science, Public Policy, or related field Experience : At least 5–8 years’ experience in license and compliance coordination, preferably in energy/utilities sector.
2. Knowledge & Skill : Strong understanding of ERC, IEE, CoP, and permit frameworks , Strong communication and management skills.
3. Language: English communication skill (speaking and writing) is required. Competency: Leadership, initiative, ownership, Positive mental attitude, Membership (Team work) and communication are required.
4. Competency: Leadership, initiative, ownership, Positive mental attitude, Membership (Team work) and communication are required.
5. Other : Laws related to ERC, DIW, IEAT, understanding of licensing systems, CoP/IEE/ESA processes.
