- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across the organization

- Create functional specifications and design documents

- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs

- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment of solutions

- Provide ongoing support and training to users of the Salesforce platform

- Collaborate with other teams, including developers and administrators, to ensure successful implementation of solutions

1. Thai Nationality only
2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
3. 3-5 years of experience in business analyst
4. Experience in Salesforce and/or other CRM solutions will be considered
5. Good presentation and communication skills
