Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities for a solutions engineer may include:

1. Designing and developing technical solutions tailored to client requirements

2. Optimizing processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction

3. Evaluating and enhancing infrastructure to support solution implementation and scaling

4. Mentoring junior engineers and leading project teams (senior solutions engineer)

5. Coordinating cross-departmental efforts to ensure solution compatibility and success

6. Customer expectation handling – requirement definition, over all scope and expected outcome based on the KPIs.

7. Smooth hand-off to Professional Service for the project signing and kick-off

8. Perform PoC and demo for the client’s requirements

9. May take on a PM and senior consultant role (20-30%) in the first year Industry Vertical Solutions : For a solutions engineer, any of the following industry solutions experiences are a big plus.

FSI (Insurance, Banking and Security) Logistics (3PL, Transportation & Travel)

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, industrial or related field
2. Experience 3+ Years with software development, system architecture, and design – w/ RAP, Generative AI, Python and SQL in Cloud and Hybrid environment.
3. Cloud infrastructure programming and integration skills – in PaaS, Infor OS, UniFi and AWS Cloud environment.
4. Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the company's tech stack: Python, SQL, JAVA Script, JAVA, Generative AI, Mongo DB, etc.
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
6. Experience with project management tools and methodologies
7. Programming languages: Knowledge of languages like Java, SQL, Python, or C# to develop and customize software solutions
8. Methodology expertise: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall to manage the development process efficiently
9. Systems proficiency: Knowledgeable in business hardware, cloud and software platforms to ensure compatibility and efficiency
